Located in the Greater Mendoza (pop. 1.1 M) district of Godoy Cruz, the San Vicente Park covers an area of 50 acres. The site was formerly occupied by 19th century industrial factories (1923 - Engs. Ivanisevich y Villanueva). The project includes Municipality Area, Policy Headquarters, Cultural Center, Exhibition, School, Botanic Garden (72,000 sq. ft.), Stadium of 5,200 (161,000 sq. ft.) and Housing Area (75,600 sq. ft.).
