Gualeguaychu (pop. 65,000) have the most important carnival of Argentina. Program: Offices, Halls, Parking Garages, Commercial and Restaurant Area, Exhibitions,Terraces and Support areas. The project includes 129,100 sq. ft. (12,000 sq. mt.)
